I. Users

Access and/or use of the website of ESPASOL INMOBILIARIA confers to those who do so the condition of user, and implies acceptance of the general conditions listed here, and of the specific conditions which relate to the content and services of said web site, that may be added to, modified or changed.

II. Use of the web site, services and content.

The user commits to use the web site, its services and content without infringing current legislation and in good faith.

The use of the web for detrimental or illicit reasons against ESPASOL or any third party is prohibited.

With regards to the web content (information, text, graphics, sound files, images, photographs, design, etc.) it is prohibited to:

Infringe the rights of the estate agency ESPASOL and the legal owners of the company.
Use the web content for commercial reasons or advertising apart from those formally permitted.
Attempt to obtain the content of the web site though any means other than that which is put at the disposition of the user through normal internet use, when such an action could cause damage to the ESPASOL INMOBILIARIA website.

III. Unilateral modification

ESPASOL INMOBILIARIA can unilaterally modify the structure and design of their web site, and can modify or eliminate services, content, access conditions and use of the site without previous warning whenever they deem it opportune to do so.

The lack of worth, adaption or validity of the web site and/or its services and content to satisfy the needs, activities or specific or expectative results of the user.
The existence of viruses or malicious software in the content.

The illicit, negligent or fraudulent use by users, opposing the aforementioned General Conditions; good faith; generally accepted use and the public order of the web site and its services and content.
The lack of legitimacy, quality, reliability, usefulness and availability of the services offered by third parties and put at the disposition of the users of the web site.
The breach by third parties of their obligations or agreements in relation to the services offered to users via the web site.

VI. Duration

The duration of the web site and its services is indefinite.

Nonetheless, ESPASOL has the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the services of the web site or any of its services in the same terms and conditions as stated in III.

VII. Intellectual Property

To preserve intellectual property rights in the case that a user or third party considers that there has been a violation of their rights by a particular web item, said person should contact ESPASOL INMOBILIARIA indicating:

Personal details of the person(s) whose rights have been allegedly infringed. If the reclamation refers to a third party, the contacting person must state in what capacity he/she is acting.
The content protected by intellectual property and its location on the web site.
Accreditation of the aforementioned intellectual property rights.
A declaration in which the interested party states responsibility for the veracity of the information given.

The legitimacy of the rights of intellectual or industrial property corresponding to content contributed by third parties is the sole responsibility of the third party.

VIII. Applicable law

The following General Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

ESPASOL INMOBILIARIA and the user, renouncing any other jurisdiction that may apply, are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the users registered residence with respect to any questions that are raised or any actions derived from the web site and its content and services, and with respect to the interpretation, application, compliance or non-compliance of this legal notice. In the case that the user has his/her residence outside Spain, any dispute comes under the jurisdiction of the court of Almería.
